The Institute has full-fledged permanent faculty for MBA. Our faculty with their qualifications, competency and dedication towards profession are considered as our major strength. They are making relentless efforts to mould the students into future entrepreneurs and professionals.
On the path of constant enhancement of their qualifications and professional skills as well, our faculty are pursuing relevant courses. All the more faculty and staff a like are always willing to lend a helping hand to students in need and every one in the Institute is easily approachable.

Dr. Mohd Maqsood Ali has been working in this institute since Dec 1997 both as Professor and Director. He obtained his PhD Degree from Osmania University in the year 2008. The Topic of his Ph.D programme was ''Customer Services in Urban Co-operative Banks-A focus on Customer Relationship Management''.
He also obtained his MBA Degree with Marketing as a specialization from the Osmania University in the year 1997. He is holding PGDCA and MHRM Degrees. He taught management and marketing related subjects to the MBA students. He has been nominated as external examination by the Osmania University to conduct viva voce and valuate the examination papers. He is also nominated as special observer to conduct ICET examination for admission in the MBA course.
He presented papers in various seminars in areas like information technology in the next millennium-challenges and its opportunities, CRM in urban co-operative banks and Muslims in the field of management education; prospects and problem and also compeered the National Seminar on Entrepreneurship development among Muslims- opportunities and Challenges Organised by Department of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University in collaboration with UGC, AP State Minorities Financial Corporation (APSMFC), Andhra Pradesh industrial and training corporation (APITCO), Federation of Andhra Pradesh Commerce and industry (FAPCI).
He is a guest faculty to many management colleges. He has attended Faculty Development Programmes conducted by T. A. PAI Management institute, Manipal, Karnataka (2004). UGC-Sponsored 2nd Refresher course in Management, conducted by UGC-Academic Staff College, Osmania University, Hyderabad-07 (2005). In addition to these long-term refresher courses he also attended short-term faculty development programme and workshops conducted by various local Management colleges and Osmania University. Further, he has been actively involved in organizing seminar/workshops at the institute. |

Prof. Panjala Narasaiah Obtained his MA (Public Administration) in - 1970 and PhD from Osmania University in the year 1985. he served as an Asst. Professor, Associate Professor and Professor for more than three decades and retired as professor of public administration form Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University in the Year 2004. At Ambedkar university he held administrative positions like head of the department of public administration, dean faculty of social sciences, controller of examinations and director, staff training and development. he joined this institute as a professor of Business management in September 2004. He has guided three M.Phil and one PhD and half a dozen students are pursuing PhD programme under his guidance. He is the recipient of AP state Government Best Teacher Award (2004) he attended/conducted several national and international seminars and workshops and presented papers. He also contributed articles to the edited books. He edited books on public administration and management both for UG and PG programmes. He published several papers in national and international journals. He also participated in live radio-phone in programmes and teleconferences. He is a casual artist of All India Radio, Hyderabad and gives talks on various contemporary issues. |

Ms K. Shailaja Obtained her MBA with HRM as a Specialization from Osmania University in the 1999. She has been working as an Asst. Professor of management since 4 years. She attended faculty development programme conducted by T. a. PAI Management institute, Manipal, Karnataka (2004). She also attended several seminars/workshops. She awarded gold medal for shooting in NCC. She also received prizes for participating in Debate competitions. |

Mr. Mohd Wasif obtained his MBA with Finance as a Specialization from Osmania University in the Year 2003. He joined this institute as Asst. Professor in the year 2004. Prior to joining this institute he worked as Audit and Accounts in Imam & Associates (Charted Accountant). He attended several seminars/ workshop. He gave seminar as a student. |

Phil in management from Madurai Kamraj University, She has been working as an Asst. Professor in our institutes. She also worked as FC's incharge in Suman Credits, Hyderabad from 1998 to 2000. She participated and conducted seminars/workshop. |
